RT Survey distribution

I have to admit, I am losing myself in the forum (pleasantly and sadly) reliving memories of our weekend, however, the full purpose of me checking today was to see if there was a Survey posted for us to complete. I have to admit, the Fat that I consumed at the diner must have affected my short term memory because I couldn't remember if the survey would be posted or emailed to us RTers. ;>
