Rotations

Today is a rest day for me. I am on my final week of Jan. Rotation. (I started a week late) This was my first time ever using a rotation, with one week reamaining I am down about 5lbs 2 1/2" in hips 1.5" in waist and the leaness is showing. I have about 90% of Cathe's DVDS and never did some of the workouts until this month. (shame on me) I kinda did my own thing, but never like this. I found a thread that lists cathe's old rotations and printed them out.
My question is this, Can or is it advisable to do the same rotation twice in a row, (I am getting greedy with the results) or should I thorw in one of her fat loss and definition rotations or something else and then go back? I am really not sure. Oh, darn I just remembered hardcore is on its way, oh boy! One more thing, I also noticed, correct if I am wrong some of the girls add on to the rotation? (more exercise) I know cathe stated on this months rotation if we had extra energy add on 30 min of intense cardio, I don't know about anyone else, I was looking for some just couldn't find any. Ladies sorry for so much just curious to know what every one is doing or has done.

Thanks for your time

:) :) :) :) Have a great day!

I typically do month long rotations that try to focus on different areas. For example, one month I'll do a Slow & Heavy rotation, mixed in with various cardio workouts. The next month I'll switch to a rotation that emphasizes endurance training (with cardio mixed in). Some people do set up six or eight week rotations, however, so if you really like the rotation you are on now, I don't see why you couldn't just extend it. I personally wouldn't go past eight weeks though.
