Rotations

Hi,Here is the 4 week rotation I am working towards. Week 1 Mon,Wed,Fri Circuit, Tues,Thurs,Sat Aerobics (step or kick boxing, etc.) Week 2 Mon,wed,fri, Leg,Abs and Aerobics. Tues, thurs, sat, Upper body and Aerobics. Week 3 same format as week 1. Week 4 Mon and Thurs, upper and Aerobics, Tues, fri, legs and glutes and aeobics, wed, sat, abs and aerobics. This is all done in the morning about 1-1 1/2 hrs each. And if I am really organized I try to do Mon,wed,fri pilates 10-40 mins (time permitting) and tues,thurs,sat 30 mins or so of yoga or stretching in the evening the same for all the weeks. Do you think this is overtraining, or mabie not enough? I am a working Mom with 4 kids 9-17 and I am 41 years old. My goal would be to be as healthy and fit as the Cathe Crew. Is this even possible?
