I've been to the website that lists your different rotations, but I'd still appreciate your advice considering the DVDs I have. I have the PowerHour+ DVD and Pure Strength DVD. For 4 weeks I did MIS 2x/week and PH 1x/week, now I'm doing PH 2X/week and MIS 1X/week. What next? Should I do BodyMax or Pure Strength next? Then what? I want to build some muscle.

P.S. I can't wait to get Slow and Heavy series or one of your new ones, do you think S&H or the Pyramid series would be better? I eventually want them all but can't afford it right now. I've only been using your workouts for a few months, but I'm hooked. You're the best!
 
I would do Pure Strength next and then S&H if you order it. That would build strength onto the base you've already started with MIS.
 
Hi Jillybean. I've got a few more questions since you seem to be full of good advice. That's why I love this forum - so much information. Anyway...

I saw on another post that you do 8 weeks of PS. Do you do any other strength/endurance workouts in that rotation? Do you double up the workouts in one day as I've read other people do?

I recently got layed off so I don't see myself ordering S&H quite yet, as much as I want it, so after a PS rotation, what next? MIS/PH again? And where should I fit in BodyMax? Sorry so many questions, I just am anxious and not sure which will give me the best results...
