Rotations

Hi Cathe I have a question about how to plan my work outs. Normally I work out every morning 6 days a week (the same time each morning). Because of my busy schedule I will now need to replace Tuesday and Thursday morning workouts with a p.m. work out (which most likely will be running!) My concern is Wednesday and Friday mornings and the fact that I haven't rested for 24 hours between workouts. Would those make good strength traing days? What do you think?

I don't have any advice to offer, but I'd also like to know the answer to this question. The same thing happens to me occasionally and I'd like to know how to deal with it without compromising the intensity of my workouts. Thanks!
