Rotations with Yoga & Pilates Suggestions

I would love to see how others incorporate yoga and pilates schedules into their Cathe workouts routines. I'm sure there are a lot of you out there besides me!! I'm looking for more ideas....I love variety in my workouts. (Besides Mat Pilates I also enjoy the Pilates Reformer.) Any ideas? :)

Hi, I can't answer your question, but I thought I'd mention there is also a Rotations forum, where you might try cross-posting your question & get some good responses. You can also use the Search feature to look for threads on this topic, as it is pretty popular. Lots of folks here do both Yoga and Pilates. I don't, but should.

I've tried other ways, but this way seems to work best for me. I don't always do it though. (As a matter of fact, I've been neglecting yoga and Pilates lately because I've been in the mood for more lifting and intense cardio.)
