rotations please!!

Cathe, I see you are on right now so I just wanted to ask again if you could please post some rotations for different goals like you did with the intensities. Thanks in advance. I love the workouts. I am so sore from GS Chest and Tris and my butt was sore for 3 days after Kickmax. I love it! I have not been sore in awhile.
 
Thank you Cathe. For now I am happy to get have my muscles get aquainted wtih the Hard Core way of working out.

BTW the leg conditioning drills are superb in Kick Max. I am really impressed by the burn they create!

I was just getting ready to send a HUGE THANK YOU for the Hardcore series. I'm relatively new to "Cathe fitness" but have been an avid exerciser for years. I'm so grateful to have found you! I'll be looking for the rotations (I just knew you were working on them!). I thought to myself, "She's one hardworking lady who isn't going to just drop these videos on us! She's going to show us how to use these tools!" I'd also like to add, that as a former bodybuilder, I truly appreciate the efforts you put forth to be in your present physical condition.
