I have previewed most of the new DVDs. I am used to doing cardio 3 days and weights 3 days/week. So many of these workouts seem to be more of a circuit style. I understand that to build muscle you need to lift heavy, not light with numerous reps. My question is how do I incorporate heavier weight training in with these circuit style workouts?Or can you build adequate lean muscle mass only doing circuit workouts?
