It's definitely not a Cathe suggested rotation, but for a while I only had the CTX series and MIS on video and made a rotation so that you didn't have to rewind too much. I put it up on a thread on page two (in July). I really enjoyed the rotation, but had to cut short doing it because of graduate school issues. I had already seen some minor results after only about 3 weeks though... lost about 3 lbs, got stronger and my cardiovascular conditioning improved.

Edited just to say that the reason I added MIS in to the rotation was because I wanted to do two body parts a day and gain strength.
