Rotation Substitution Suggestions

I have not ever done a Cathe monthly rotation because I typically do not have all of the DVDs listed and struggle to be creative enough to substitute.

I know this is a pretty big favor to ask; however, I would really like to try the rotation for January and was hoping for some feedback or suggestions for substitutions. Below, I have listed the DVDs I do not have and ones I have that might work. I would greatly appreciate any feedback/suggestions anyone has.

I do not have: Gym Style Chest and Triceps and Gym Style Back, shoulders and Biceps. I do have Total Body Trisets and Muscle Max (I could chapter the appropriate body part). Do you think one of these would be a good sub? I also have P90X and Supreme 90.

I do not have Cardio leg blast. Would Lower Body Blast work?

I do not have 4DS Kickbox. I do have Kick Punch Crunch, MMA Boxing, MMA Kickboxing, Amy Bento Kick Box Extreme, and Kelly Coffey Trim down. I also ordered Rockout Knockout today and should have it by the time I needed it for week three. Which one would be the best sub?

I have no idea what to sub for Kick Max leg conditioning drills and STS Plyo Legs.

You've done a very good job with coming up with substitutions!

Another suggestion for the weight work would be if you have the Slow & Heavy workouts. I think LBB & KPC are excellent ideas.

As for Cardio Legs & Plyo Legs, they all alternate strength moves with a burst of cardio. Do you have Hiit and Legs & Glutes. Premix 11 from L&G with any of the Hiit workouts might be close.

I'm sure you'll receive from other great options!

For upper body, any heavier weight workout like muscle max would be fine. 4DS Kickbox is about 30 mins of kickbox cardio and 30 mins of weighted leg work and abs at the end. So you can do any of the premix for legs and glutes and KPC that combine the 2 on the dvd. A great sub for the Kickmax leg drill would be the bonus standing leg cond. drills in Lower Body Blast. I also don't have STS so I'm doing Cardio Leg blast but since you don't have that, I would do like horsing around said and just do a lower body workout and a Hiit or Tabatacise with it. Firemedic and Horsing Around, thank you so much for the feedback. I do have Hiit and Legs and Glutes. I also have Butts and Guts so I may do that with Hiit.
