I don't have a treadmill and to walk (safely) outside I'd have to drive about 10 mins to get to a decent spot. So, I was just wondering what you guys (that have my situation) do on some of the rotations where it says to run/walk and then do part of one of the workouts. Do you just do a different kind of cardio? Do you wait until you get back home to do the other from the video(weights or abs)?
