Rotation Schedule

Hi All,
I am new to this forum, I think its great. I have been doing Cathy's tapes for a few monthes and I like them better than any I have tried so far. Currently I have MIS, MIC, and BM. I work 12-hour shifts and can only work out 4-5 days a week. I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a rotation schedule for optimum results. (I want to be a hard body)
