Rotation Question

Hi Cathe,

I have STS and will begin it in a few weeks. I plan on doing the rotation that includes the cardio that you assembled (not the Shock Cardio, though). I did pre-order the Low-Impact series and I was wondering if you have any plans to create an STS/Low Impact series rotation. Love the September 2011 rotation!

Hey Jen -

I also asked Cathe to make a rotation with STS weights and LIS...sounds like a match made in workout heaven! And how cool is it that now when it says walk or yoga we can do a Cathe yoga workout?!! I am so excited for this series...of course I'm excited for every series...but I think this one and STS weights are the ones that I have experienced the most hyper/uber excitment for.

I am just about to finish up an STS rotation (just finished week 1 of meso III today) but I think after trying out all of the LIS workouts I will be itching to start up another round of STS (complete with LIS)!

I am so excited for the new Low Impacts. You are much farther in STS than I am. I just finished disc 5 of Meso 1 yesterday, but I am really enjoying it! I just re-discovered Cathe. I was doing P90X and Insanity and Insanity Asylum. I was cleaning out a closet and found all my old Cathe DVDs (and yes, VHS tapes). I had all the Hardcores still in shrink wrap. I felt like I found treasure! I love Imax 3 and Drill Max and can't wait for the new Low Impact and STS rotation! I am already planning on doing another STS rotation when I am done.

I can't believe tomorrow is Friday Oct. 21!! So excited!

Yea, I LOVE STS - this is my 4th time doing it and this time I did the 5 1/2 month rotation which I am loving!

What a find for you! All of those "new" (to you anyway and that is what matters) Cathe workouts - "free" (sort of). I did insanity too, and I really like Shawn, but I had to do Cathe for my warm-ups for that series - I didn't really think Shawn did warm-ups ha ha ha.

I got fantastic results when I did STS with STS cardio - so I am sure that a rotation with STS, STS cardio and LS will also be another winning combination!

I also just bought a rebounder and that is another great addition - I love bouncing on my rebounder, just makes me happy!
