rotation question

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this or not...so I will give it a try! I am gearing up for a 7 week rotation leading to my honeymoon. I have been on and off with working out, but I really need to put in a committment to get the results I am looking for. I found a rotation on the fitness video fanatics site called "KatieDid's Super-Intense Twice-Daily 8-week max weight loss rotation". Based on the recommendations, I am adding in Cathe workouts. For the first week, since I've been hit and miss with the working out, do you think I should just do one workout a day and then next week add a second one a couple of days and then the third week try for all twice daily workouts? Here is what I put together for this week - any suggestions would be appreciated!

Monday: Step Blast
Tuesday: Pyramid Upper
Wednesday: Imax2
Thursday: Pyramid Lower
Friday: Rhythmic Step
Saturday: Boot Camp

Does this look like a good mix for week 1?

I think that looks good for your first week. Once you're feeling good with that you might want to try to hit every body part 2X a week. Also make sure you get core work a few times a week (at least).

Best wishes,
Marla G.

I agree with Marla. Looks like a good rotation to me. Since you are including Bootcamp with the workout, you'll be getting two days of core work and two days of all over Body work, since Bootcamp and the Pyramids will combine to give you about 2 days worth. Marla was right to suggest that you make sure to do this, for an overall good rotation. Please note, too, that you'll be getting two days of anaerobics, as well. This is also important. You'll get those with Bootcamp and IMAX2. And of course cardio. The only thing I might suggest is to include a stretching tape somewhere in there.

Remember that the five ingredients to a good rotation are: 1) cardio; 2) Muscle (weight or strength) routine; 3) Anaerobics 4) plyometrics (jumps and such 5) stretching.

Have a terrific Honeymoon, by the way. How exciting!;-)
