Ive just completed my first 12 week rotation using the PS series and Im ready to switch to a new rotation. I was thinking of doing endurance training using MIS and maybe also Body Max or Circut Max.
My questions are how many times per week do I need to do MIS or the others in order to keep seeing progress. I know its a different way to work the muscles. Currently Im using PS series once a week. I was thinking of trying MIS two times/week but wasnt sure if that was enough. Should I add Body Max or Circut Max for an additional 3rd day/week? Secondly, is there any method to know what weights to start with when switching from heavy lifting to endurance?
Also, if I have to pick between trying Body Max or Circut Max which one do you think would be easier to start with? I use Cathe's step tapes every week so I know alot of the choreography.
