Rotation hesitation

Hello everyone,

I just received my shipment of Tapes/DVD's and want to fit a rotation around these. I've read the other rotations but it seems I'm missing some of the workouts. I would like to work with what I have so if someone can help me put it in a rotation that I can do twice a week. I will be going to the gym 3x a week and want to do the Cathe workouts 2x to complement.

Here's what I have:

Hardcore Series: Gym Style Chest & triceps
Pure Strength: chest, shoulders triceps
Hardcore Series: Muscle Max
Maximum Intensity strength
Slow & Heavy: Chest & Back
Instensity Series: Muscle Endurance

The following were taped from t.v.:)
Legs & Shoulders
Low Max Step
Legs & Glutes
Body Blast
Kick Punch & Crunch
Core Max 1 & 2
Pyrmid Upper
Rythmic Step
power Hour
Cardio & Weights
Stretch Max

Now, I chose to purchase alot of the upper body tapes because that is my problem area. I'm very broad up top and want to tone it down somewhat. I've lost 40 pounds using Cathe as inspiration so I need to lose another 40 pounds. My eating is somewhat clean and I stay pretty focused. Thanks in advance

Had to reply to this one so I could still see what you have!!!

Sounds like you're looking for a 5 day a week routine??? I'm adding Stretch Max for day #6...

If you're at the gym 3x's a week, and lifting weights 2x's a week, why don't you try to get some additional cardio in...I would say maybe try this for a 2 week routine...And don't forget to jump rope or do jumping jacks during commercial breaks (for the ones that are taped!!!)

Week 1
Gym-Core Max 1
Cardio and Weights-
Gym
Pyramid Upper-KPC in Entirety
Gym-Core Max 2
Stretch Max

Week 2
Gym-Core Max 1
Muscle Endurance
Gym-Crunch of KPC
Power Hour
Gym-Core Max 2
Stretch Max

There are numerous possibilities with the tapes you've got...In fact, I think you have enough to give up your gym membership! LOL!!!
