Rotation help


I'm on week three of the rip with hiit/sts rotation and am liking results I'm seeing. Any suggestions on how to continue my results when the month ends
or if you like the rwh /sts combo enough, do it again, but moving up a week with all the sts workouts. Eg, on week one, instead of sts discs 1,2,3 you could do 4,5,6.
You could also swap the hiits, eg doing hiit 40/20, 30/30 from the sts cardio instead of rwh plyo. And don't forget aolih from XTrain.
