Rotation Help?

I've had my Cathe dvds for almost 3 weeks and I'm loving them! But....I'm not sure if I'm scheduling them correctly. I am still using some Firm w/os until I get this figured out! Would someone take a look and let me know?

I'm not sure how to rotate the interval training, circiut training and total body with the UB w/os. And are BS & ME considered cardio?
If I need to purchase other w/os to even this out I'm willing. I just won't tell my husband!;-)

I think your first week looks good. I don't know if you really need to do abs five days, though (ME has abs as well).

Week two looks a little light on the cardio. I'd probably get another cardio workout, like K,P,C/Legs&Glutes and another full body weight workout, like Muscle Max, and do something like this;

S~GS C&T Core Max#1
M~Low Max
T~GS BSB Core Max #2
W~Kick, Punch, Crunch or some other cardio and skip the abs
T~Boot Camp plus a short Legs & Glutes premix
F~Muscle Max or ME
S~Rest

BC is sort of light on the weight work, so I'd probably add in some extra legs if you have time (since the only other day you are doing legs is Friday. Plus, Legs & Glts comes with KPC, so what the heck, you might as well use it!).

I also have trouble fitting in the circuits. I tend to only do them when I've missed a workout. That way, I get in some cardio and weights all in one day, and get back on schedule.

I tend to go light on my legs because they bulk up so easy. I should probably just lighten up the weights instead! ;-)
