Rotation help

I am looking for a rotation that will sculpt and firm up my body(esp those abs). But I have never really done a rotation. Before hooking up with Cathe I did a different firm tape 5-6 times a week and ate pretty clean--I lost 20lbs. Now I want to sculpt. I cannot do high impact aerobics due to a back problem. I was wondering if anyone can help figure out what rotation I should do-how many times and how long. I currently have cathes s&h series and power hour. I also have winsor pilates series. My other question is should I buy MIS or PS series to add/supplement to the rotation--I have heard you need to rest between the S&H tapes. ANY comments would be most appreciated since I am lost to what I need to do to get results. Also, once you start the rotation do you start seeing results in about 4-6 weeks?
