Rotation help with current Cathe's DVD I owned

I have the following dvds:

Muscle Max DVD
Gym Style -Chest & Triceps DVD
Gym Style - Back, Shoulders Biceps DVD
Gym Style - Legs DVD
Intensity Series DVD Vol 3 (Pyramid Upper and Pyramid Lower Body)
Power Hour + MIS, Body Max DVD
Slow & Heavy series DVD

Vol 2 Body Blast Series DVD (Kick, Punch & Crunch and Legs & Glutes)
Pure Strength series DVD

Can you help me come up with a rotation that will help me slim down and tone? I am not interested in bulking up. I am more interested in my abdominal area and legs. I am a long distance runner, and I log about 35-40 miles a week. I wanted to start on your August 2004 rotation, but it seems like I could either choose to run or to do your leg workout video, which gets me extremely sored so I can't run :( But, I only started using them 2 weeks ago, so maybe my body is not used to it yet. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated it.

In addition, I am a member of a gym, so my main cardios are running and spinning, it will be great if you could help with a rotation that could incorporate those main activities. I don't enjoy doing step aerobic, I have no problem with kickboxing, I have done it in the past.
