Rotation help-Upper Body

Hello! I am needing help in creating an UB rotation. I am looking to achieve tank top arms. As far as Cathe DVD's, these are the ones I currently own:

Pyramid
Push Pull/Supersets
GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps
GS Chest & Triceps
Slow & Heavy

I am able to spend 2.5hrs at the gym the days I do weights and cardio. For cardio I use a combination of row machine, treadmill and elliptical. Can anyone help me out?

I am new here but i am currently working on the above pasted link. I think as you go to the gym you could figure out the cardio routines for the cardio day. I am in week 2 and and triceps are starting to peek out a little. I noticed them today as I was strecthing my arms out at work and said "What is that" :)

Good luck with the tank top arms. Also before i forget, in the Video and DVD rotations forum there is an index of all her workouts with a brief description as to the goal of that month's arrangements.
