Hi Cathe, just need some advice on how to rotate my videos problem is im just getting started and have only 2 of your video's so far, kick max (which i love) & muscle max. i just ordered boot camp and muscle endurance. for now i do my cardio at work (we have a gym there) so i do 35-40 mins, on the bike, or eliptical, or jump rope thats mon-friday during my lunch break. then in the evenings mon i was thinking do the muscle max tape (upper body only). tue-lower body only. wed- cardio in the morning, kick max in the evening. then thur-upper body only (muscle max) friday- lower (muscle max) saturday-kick max. sunday rest. i was thinking to continue this for about a month till i get the other video's. do you think this will work for weight loss & muscle definition??. im going to order the slow & heavy series and the pyramid upper and lower soon. as for my diet im starting the burn the fat feed the muscle plan. also last question is how often can i do the kick max and the boot camp video?? is it ok to do every other day? thanks for your help i really need to lose about 20 lbs, and i have about 1 1/2 in the evening i can use to work out. so can you tell me if this schedule sounds good or should i change it in anyway?? thanks alot.
