Hi Cathe,
I was wondering if you've ever devised a rotation made up of premixes or workouts that were 30 minutes (aside from CTX,of course)!
I'm not very familiar with your new premixes and would like to do a rotation that will work during my twins naptime. But my 3 1/2 year old can't really handle more than 30 minutes of not having my attention! She even does the workouts with me (usually the warm-up, then she's off to play something else.)
Anyway, I'm looking to firm up those areas that pregnancy seems to have rearranged. It's not that I want to lose weight, I just need to reintroduce some muscle definition and cardiovascular endurance. These seem to have gone out the window since the last pregnancy. BTW, my babies are 16 months, so it's not like I am still post-partum. I just look like I am!!
If you or anyone has a rotation suggestion, I would love your input. (I have all your workouts except the more recent beginner ones, which has you and Cedie on the cover.)
Speedy recovery to you, it sounds like you're doing great!
Thanks,
Tricia
