Cathe - Hi there! I just had my baby 3 wks ago and am getting ready to start working out again.

I just ordered the Body Blast series today and need some help in putting a rotation together to help burn this baby fat once and for all! I have approx. 20 lbs left to lose to be at my pre-preggo wt. A lot of it is fat and I lost a lot of muscle and strength due to being on bedrest and restrictions during pregnancy.

I have most all of your videos including the Intensity series so incorporating other vids once or twice a week would be fine.

Also, what other vids can you recommend? Should I focus more on strength or cardio these first few weeks? Or a healthy combo of both? Also, should I focus more on strength or endurance or both?

I thank you in advance for any advice you can give!

I can NOT wait to get your new vids next week!!!! I have been holding out my pregnancy until they came in so I would have somthing to motivate me after baby!!!! Yeah! :+

Congratulations FitNut! Don't rush back doing too much too soon. Your body will let you know your limits. I think a healthy balance of cardio and weight workouts is a good start. Try Push Pull two times a week (modifying any moves that feel too strenuous ie. inverted shoulder press) and just the step portion of Step, Jump, and Pump three times a week. I think that will be a good start for a couple of weeks. Then you can ease your way into the other workouts as you feel ready. I wouldn't make it your goal to complete each workout the first time you do it. That can be too discouraging. Shoot for 20 minutes, and if you get there without any problems add 5 to 10 minutes on until you feel you have had enough. Hugs to the little one and get your rest whenever you can :)
