Rotation for Motavation?

How did you like that wording? I thought it was a pretty good title.
Well, I have never been really good with rotations.I am the kind of girl who gets out of bed and decides what workout I will be doing that day.
But.......now I have new videos.I am going to be using these videos everyday(for sure)Plus, the intensity series, which to me still seems new.I thought it would be nice to do a rotation with both series and see what results I get.
I only made up a 2 week rotation.I am not sure if I will go back and forth from one week to the next, or at the end of the 2 weeks I will make up another 2 weeks.I didn't want to jinx myself into a 6 week rotation that I would have never done.Just small steps.
Lets just say that it is HARD making up rotations.I think it would be a lot easier if there were 8 days in a week:p And of course, I am looking for muscle definiton and some weightloss:+

Week 1:
Sun-Step,jump and pump
Mon-Imax 2 + legs and glutes
Tues-Kick,Punch and crunch + CTX upper body
Wed-Step Blast
Thurs-C & W
Fri-Imax 2 or run
Sat-Push and pull + run

Week 2:
Sun- step blast
Mon-Imax 2 + legs and glutes
Tues-kick,punch,and crunch
Wed-The viper
Thurs-supersets + 30 min run
Fri-step blast
Sat-step,jump and pump (a.M) and step and intervals(p.m)

Of course, some of these depends on how I feel the following days.I wanted yo get some interval training in there, along with circuit and weights.I find when I do circuit training,it doesn't make me sore anyway,so it would be no problem for me to do weights the day after.
What do you think? Look good? Or is there something I am not seeing?:7

wow - that seems like a lot to me. You have no real rest days and are, on some days doing two hard workouts on the same day (e.g. Imax 2/ Legs & Glutes).

That rotation would kill me inside of a week!

Let us know how it goes ok? You must be in good shape to carry that off!

Do you usually not take rest days? With that much working out, I would strongly suggest one, if not two. How about half of Imax with Legs and Glutes? This just looks like too much to me. How about this?:
Sat. Step Jump and Pump (cardio and weights, no need for extra work)
Sun. Legs and Glutes
Mon. Kick Punch and Crunch (really giving it your all)
Tue. Super Sets or Push/Pull going as heavy as possible
Wed. Step Blast
Thu. Push Pull or Super Sets (and a CTX cardio or half of Imax if you feel slighted on cardio)
Fri. REST

Granted, I haven't seen the new workouts yet, so this is just a guess. But your rotations seem to have too much cardio. Just a suggestion, take it or leave it, right?

I have to agree with Jillybean here, and she has put together a nice rotation, very do-able. If I were to do what you have set up for yourself I would not be doing anything else all week, or I would get bored with working out so much, or I would get desperately sore and start to resent working out. I think rest days are excellent because not only do you rest the muscles but it helps to keep the passion for working out alive. This much exercise would kill it for me, it's like a timetable that I would feel I "have" to do and then I would start to resent it or find ways to get out of it.

Still that's me, and maybe you relish more, but remember to treat your body nicely rather than with punishment!!

Good luck with it!

Yeah, you think its to much? It probably is.I can go without taking rest days.I did it for a long time. But you know what? I use to workout this much and has hard a year ago.I never got any injuries and if I was sore I would listen to my body.
The reason why I had 3 full days at the beginning of the week,is b/c those are my days off. The rest of the week..well,your lucky if I get a workout in.
Anyway, thanks for the advice.I will move some stuff around and get rid of others.
