Hi Cathe,

How do you design rotations using your tapes? What would be the difference in a rotation for gaining muscle, lossing weight or building muscular endurance? I have:

CTX series
Slow & Heavy series
Power Hour
Rhythmic Step
BodyMax
MIS
MIC
PowerMax
Get in Shape for your Wedding
Circuit Max
Cardio Kicks

I'd like to understand the basics for rotation design to achieve different goals. How do you do it? Thanks!

Well, I'm a Kathy but not Cathe - however, I do have a huge collection of rotations I'll be happy to e-mail you (see other posts in the "Video" Forum). How you design your rotation depends alot on what you want to achieve. What are your personal goals?
