They came, I tried, I returned!

Oh my they were so not what I expected. They were heavy (I use 40# dbs for bench, so I can handle pretty heavy), they were awkward, they killed my forearms and they were quite frankly somewhat creepy to look at!

Glad I tried, now I know.

I had never heard of such device before reading your thread but I did some research.
Did not find sufficient positive review to justify a purchase.

Thanks for sharing. Based on your description I doubt these would suit me. I think my arms would fatigue very quickly before I got any other workout benefits.
