that way will chime in...

How to Install and Use the Cathe Live App on Your Roku​

Cathe Live Roku viewers, we have recently had to update the Cathe Live app to meet Roku’s new requirements. You will have to uninstall your old app and install the newest version. Unfortunately there is no way to update the old version. Please follow these steps to get the new version installed on your Roku device:

Delete the old app on your Roku device:​

  1. Select the old Cathe Live app with your remote, but don’t launch it. It should only have the selection rectangle around it
  2. Press the * key on your remote, then scroll down and select “Remove channel”
  3. Confirm the removal, then continue below

If you choose to install the channel on your Roku device (recommended method):​

  1. From Roku’s main screen on your TV, scroll down and select “Streaming Channels”
  2. Scroll down and select “Search Channels” in the menu to the right
  3. Type in “Cathe Live” with your remote, and you should see the channel appear on the right side of the screen
  4. Select the channel by hitting the right arrow, then select “Add channel”
  5. That’s it. The new app should be on your home screen. You will need to log in again using your Cathe Live account credentials

If you prefer to install the channel from your computer’s web browser:​

    1. Click on or type in this URL: https://my.roku.com/account/add/QHHRJ6D
    2. Verify that you are not, in fact, a robot
    3. Click on “Add channel”
    4. The channel will appear on your Roku within a day, or to speed that up, continue below
    5. On your Roku, from the main screen scroll down and select “Settings”
    6. Scroll down and select “System” in the menu to the right
    7. Scroll down and select “System update” in the menu to the right
    8. Click on “Check now” and it will find and install the new Cathe Live app
    9. That’s it. The new app should be on your home screen. You will need to log in again using your Cathe Live account credentials
