It is pretty advanced, yes. But if it isn't enough for you., add on the blasts from KickMax and the combos from KPC and you can definitively say that it over-qualifies!

I did this one for the first time today, and it was definitely doable for intermediate level, or even advanced beginner with the modifications. But it's got a lot of upper body work (punching combos), so an advanced exerciser with more upper body muscle would also get a lot out of it, and burn more calories than those of us with more enthusiasm than force in our punching efforts. I liked it; challenging but not overwhelming, and should stay that way as I build muscle again. KPC combos are still my favorite.
