Cathe I noticed that through the rotation there are some back to back leg days. I thought that was a no-no?? Like plyo legs and the next day B&G, and legs and glutes, then bootcamp then B&G.
Also, when I put the rotation in my calendar there is a big difference in calorie burn then when I add the workouts in individually??
