Anyone else still following the June rotation?? I'm really enjoying this roation. I've lost 2 lbs already.

Yesterday, I just did the 45 minute steady pace run. Today I did Leaner Legs and a 30 minute interval run. Looking forward to IMAX 2 tomorrow it's my all time favourite workout.

Hey Kim... I'm following the June rotation. I did an hour power walk this morning in place of the 45 minute run. I've been working like a day laborer the last two days on our farm and I couldn't take a run today, too hot and humidity already too high even at 10 a.m.

Not sure about the leg w/o this afternoon. It is 5:20 and not feeling like it at all. I think my glutes and legs have been plenty worked out this weekend.

Tomorrow is rest day on the schedule for me but I may go ahead and do a lower body w/o instead to make up for skipping it today. L&G's is out since it is too "cardio-y" for a "rest day".

I'll let you know tomorrow what I decide.

Have fun with IMAX2, that come around for me on Tuesday and I am so looking forward to that one!
 
Yesterday I did Pyramid upper body and BBW. I laughed when Cathe said "I think I'm experiencing an out of body experience". I managed to do the biceps at 10, 12, 15, 12 and almost completed the last set of 10 (had to drop down to 8s for the last 6 to maintain form).
Today I did KPC...the sweat was flying.
