Rob Glick & Pam Cosmi

Hi everyone,

Has anyone tried Amazing Step Styles with Rob Glick or Steppin' in Rhythm with Pam Cosmi?

I am looking for some new step workouts and saw the clips to these on College Video and they looked interesting.
Just wondering how they compare to one of Cathes.....say Rhythmic Step or Step Blast?
I like a change in tempo and some dancy stuff....not all athletic moves.

I was also wondering about Seasun's new ones... Straight up Step is one of them, can't think of the other .

Any suggestions?

I have all the ones you mentioned!

Rob - mostly low impact step workout, but lots of fun, and Rob has a great personality. Choreography somewhat complex. He has 3 different combos that he ties together at the end for a bonus segment.

Pam - complex choreography and great rhythm changes, some high impact moves. I really like this one also, not much TIFTing.

Seasun - Complex, intense, but not gasping for air stuff. I would rate her work the most complex of the three, and probably the most intense also.

Pam and Seasun's work reminds me a bit of RS, with less TIFTing, though.

Hope this helps!:)

I agree with Conni. I like Rob and Seasun. Haven't tried Pam yet. I just previewed The Next Step with Seasun last night. I'd have to say she has the most complex choreography of anyone out there. She even beats Christi as far as complexity. She does an endless amount of turning. She sticks one in wherever possible. I would definitely recommend previewing this workout before doing it. Rob's Amazing Step Styles was good. I liked him. Rob and Cathe are not as complex as Seasun.

I think you'd really enjoy Amazing Step Styles by Rob Glick - it's dancy
and I find it challenging.

Haven't done the others.

Thanks for your responses.

I have some Christi Taylor and Rock Steady Step already and don't have it all down but love the choreography, so it sounds like I would like Rob and Pam too.

I think I'm gonna order.

:p Anyone have a favorite site they order from ??

Many thanks again. Have a great day!:7

Check the pricing on the instructors web sites, then check Collage. You can get both from there, and probably save on shipping.

Happy Spending!!;-)

Taking it from the top.

I like Pam's step workout a lot! Seasun's new one is fun but more complex and higher impact.

I also was browsing around Collage and found an Amy Bento step workout. I heard it was challenging.

Amy Bento's Step Challenge is very advanced! It is also a bit high impact and not a full 60 minutes. But for 40 minutes it does pack a big punch. There is also an alternate segment of additonal intensity for those who want an add-on. I'm always sweating like crazy after doing this one!

Just got Amazing Step Styles with Rob Glick last night from Netflix. It looks very dancy, and I wonder if it's going to get my heart rate up. Might be good for a light work out.

I never thought about getting my videos from Netflix!!! I have blockbuster online and after I saw your post I went straight there ordered a bunch of videos I have been wanting to try. Geez...all this time I have been buying and returning if I did not like them....

I really like the Pam Cosmi workout. It is different and mostly low impact, but surprisingly challenging if you work it hard.

I can't speak for Blockbuster, but Netflix has loads of exercise videos. It's a great way to try new instructors without committing the cash.
