Roadtrippers Hotel Urgency!

I just received a call from the hotel manager, Michael Freedman at the Ramada Plaza. He is helping me with info at BOTH hotels (The Radisson also) BTW, if he is in PLEASE be sure to THANK him when you arrive because he has been sooo very helpful putting this all together for us. He is still trying to work on getting you folks at the Radisson a lower discount. (keep your fingers crossed!)Okay, our dilema....Here is a list of names that he cross checked off my list of all attendees and below is a list of names that he does NOT have reservations for. Keep in mind before you panic that if you are staying with someone else that it is more then likely reserved under their name. I will list all names he gave me and if your name is on the list PLEASE get back to me ASAP so I can let him know your situation, such as you are rooming with so & so and the reservation is under their name (name ALL people in your room please), or maybe you live closeby and are not staying at the hotel or you opted to stay at another hotel besides the Ramada or Radisson. Thank you all for being so patient thru this whole planning process. It is all coming together so nicely and we can't wait to see you in 4 days! (We also look forward to meeting the fans who couldn't make it this time and hope to see you next roadtrip should one be planned!!!)Okay, see if your name is on this list and let me know your plans. Also be sure to indicate which hotel you are staying in. THANKS ALL! (Don't panic if you see your name. He has reassured me he has room for all!!!)

Reservation is under Leslie's name at the Ramada. We are staying together. Let me know if there is a problem & I will have Leslie provide the confirmation number.

Thank you Susan! Also PLEASE do not post your confirmation numbers here. That is the number people use to cancel your room and we only want YOU canceling! :)

Thanks Marla. I actually have her name on the faxed sheet of those registered. I am guessing he goofed when he gave me her name and that he missed it on the list. I got you all marked down in her room. THANX!
