Roadtrip Workouts Today!

Since I'm not going to be home next weekend when the rest of you do these, I decided to do them today. What better way to burn through that Thanksgiving day feast!!

So I've done Rhythmic Step this morning. Now I need to run some errands in town, but I'm avoiding the crazed shopping rush. Then back home for Muscle Max. Then Kick Max later this afternoon.

I'm posting here so I will be accountable to all you fine people!! I'll let you know how I'm doing after the next two workouts!!
 
Finished Muscle Max. I hadn't done it for awhile and forgot how much fun it was! I just had some pasta & chicken for lunch, then a break and back to Kick Max. I'm already tired just thinking about it!
 
Edie, I'd like to do the same workouts on Sunday.:) Anyone wants to do something similar on Sunday? Go, Edie!

Pinky I'll workout with you Sunday since I'm off. What is the schedule? I don't have Muscle Max or KickMax but I'll sub them. Let me know.

After yesterday,(dinner) today and tomorrow, (they're feeding us at work); I will definately need a marathon!

I've been up since 3:45am but I'm feeling pretty good after working all day so I think I'm going to do some cardio now before it catches up with me and I'm down for the night. TTOM is fricking 12 days early on top of all this eating!http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/b0/shot.gif[/img] I completely skipped PMS this month!!!!

Hey Kali. I'm thinking of doing RS around 6 or 7 a.m. (depends on how early I can get up), before breakfast. MM around noon and KM -- without the blasts -- around 6 or 7 p.m. So every 6 hours, maybe?

Hooray for me!!! I just finished Kick Max. I did all but the leg conditioning drills. After the blasts, I was fried!!! What a day. It feels like all I did was workout and shower!!!:p But I feel great and I'm glad I did it. Good luck to all of you this weekend and next!! I actually think we should do this once a month from now on. What do you think?!?!?!?:7 :7
 
Way to go, Edie! I may try to do these this weekend to burn off the Thanksgiving pounds. I don't know if I could handle it once a month, though!:eek:
