Roadtrip Restaurant Headcount

Kathy, Debbie and Lorrayne (or any Roadtripper who knows),

I've been really busy at work and at home lately so I haven't been around here much. I just noticed that Roadtrip Details post on the AC forum says that they will be asking for restaurant headcount 12 days before the trip. I looked through both AC and OD forums and checked email, but I didn't see anything. Did I miss out on the chance to get my headcount in?

Mona - they haven't asked for a restaurant headcount yet. I'm on here all the freakin' time and if I haven't seen it yet, I'm pretty sure it hasn't happened. Unless, of course, it's all a conspiracy against me so that I won't be able to go the restaurant. It's quite likely you know.;)
 
How funny - if you look, you joined the forums about 4 days after Mona and you have more than 40 times the posts that she does!!! :)

We've been sooo busy finalizing everything that we forgot to post this head count.

Let's start it now. Everyone, please let us know if you want to attend:

1. Lunch at the Italian Affair on Saturday
2. Brunch at 5 Points Diner on Sunday morning.

Both restaurants cannot do separate checks due to the volume of people at one time so we are asking that each of you write separate checks per meal(even if you are attending both meals to help us keep confusion to a minimum). One payable to Cathe.com for $18 (lunch) and the other payable to Cathe.com for $8.50 (breakfast). Please bring these checks with you to the designated restaurants and we will collect them at those locations. If you prefer to pay cash you can bring that with you in place of the check (exact change please ).

ETA: I had better follow along since I am in the glove compartment of their car!! (at least on Saturday);-)
 
I suppose you could since we will be going to the gym first and then to eat the lovely breakfast. In that case I would love to be stuffed in you glove compartment Sunday morning too!! Thanks!! As long as you sure there is room and you really don't mind. :) Is the Diner close to the gym or the hotels? I will need to be taken to my hotel after the goodbyes since I will not be leaving. Is that ok? I can drive if I need to. Is everyone suppose to find their own way to the gym on Sunday or is the bus taking some?

RE: the bus

Those who have signed up for the bus will be transported from the gym to the Diner. Following our breakfast, the bus will then transport folks back to the hotels.
