ROAD TRIPPERS - what's you workout schedule this week?

I don't usually follow rotations but I do plan each week out. So I was wondering "what is your rotation like in preparation for the road trip???"

I'm trying to gain muscle (think, Shonie!) so here's mine....

SUN - GS chest and tri plus 30 min run
MON - cardio (maybe lowmax, imax3 or one of the hardcore extremes)
TUES - Shoulders, back, and bis
WED - PLB
THURS - cardio (probably IMAX2)
FRI - off
 
I'm doing bicep curls right now. I have a 12 pack of Budlights and I'm feeling just a little bit lit. But since I'm going for the full burn, I'm keeping it up for a while.

Sun GSL (a.m.) and KPC + Stretch Max (p.m.)
Mon GSCT + abs
Tues Low Max, GS Shoulders only
Wed GSL + GS Back & Biceps only + abs
Thurs Either KM or Imax

I am doing an AM weights/PM cardio rotation this week. It just so happens that my BF is away so I am taking advantage of the extra time!

S - IMAX 3
M - GS Biceps & Back/CTX Step & Interval
T - GS Legs & Shoulders/CTX Kickbox w/core max
W - GS Triceps & Chest/ CTX All Step
T - IMAX2 w/core max
F - 2 mile walk

i am just oging to try and get as many workouts in as i can. i had to take it easy all week and it's such bad timing!

I am still doing P90X, I am on week 10.

Sun. Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Abs.
Mon. Plyo X or Imax 3
Tue. Biceps, Back, abs
Wed. Kenpo X or KPC
Thurs. Legs, back and abs
Fri. Yoga
 
Sun: Push Pull upper body 3 times premix
Mon: Low Max of Kick Max
Tues: HSTA
Wed: Core Max and Stretch Max (perhaps with some cardio)
Thurs: Off -- this is my travel day
Fri: Advanced Step with Cathe! :)
