Good morning ladies. Just getting us started. Yesterday was Butts & Gutts. My booty is complaining this morning. I was supposed to go walking w/ my neighbor this morning but I have to be at work early. Yuck. So tonight will be cardio of some sort.

Hi Tess! I done the Premix #1 from Butts & Gutts! All I could keep saying after each set of lunges, squats, everything...was oh, ow, ow, awesome workout though!!!

My back is much better this morning... it's back to BAU(business as usual)! So, today is LIC#3 + Squeeze abs.

Tess- enjoy your cardio tonight, it will make your booty feel better;-)

Tina- I think my shopping adventures are over for the RT.....at least thats what I told DH}( :D

G'Morning, Ladies :) ***8 More Days to GO**** WOOHOO!!! :)

Tess~ Sounds like you had a Butt kickin' workout last night! I still don't have all of Cathe's newer DVD's, this is on my list to buy for sure! Is their alot of heavy weights in it?

Tina~ I say my shopping is done, but it never is :) My BF thinks it is though. I picked up a few pair of Cargo pants for Friday/Sat. night. I do need at least (1) more Sport top. Is everyone taking (4) different workout clothes for Saturday & Sunday? I don't tend to sweat a whole lot ... I will probably at least pack 3... Probably off to Boscov's at lunch to shop some more :)

Michelle~ I am so happy your back is feeling better this morning!! Have a Great Workout today!! :)

Tonight is Rest Day for me, but of course I will probably throw in some Yoga. Last night I did, "Buns of Steel." This workout is so OLD, but it's still a goody!!

Good morning!!

Up at 6am for the gym and then NO INSTRUCTOR shows. I hate that. So ran on treadmill for 60 minutes.

WOW! Just 8 more days to go. I got myself all packed up last night. I will be at my cottage from today until next Thursday, so I won't be able to do much packing then. I normally am only home one day a week in the summer. I was able to fit everything in a carry on, so I won't have to check in any luggage.

Northwest is negotiating with their pilots now and hopefully this cancellation thing could come to an end by this Saturday. I will continue to pray that all goes well - for I definitely do not want to miss the RT!

Michele- I am glad your back is better. When I get an injury, I am always relieved to get back to normal. LIC is one of my favorite workouts, I always add on the Bonus Cardio 2 times after the back work, then I go on to the abs and then the stretch. This makes it a 90 minute workout.

Tina - I am definitley done shopping for the RT. I wanted to pack light - so the outfit that I will wear Friday night to the get together, I will wear that to workout in on Saturday morning. It is cute enough to wear out in public and it is also real comfortable to work out in.

Tess - I absolutely LOVE B & G's. It is funny though. Sometimes I can do this workout and I do not feel it much and then other times my muscles are screaming for mercy!

Kim - To get up that early and to go to the gym to not have the instructor show up has got to be so nerve wracking. At least you were able to run on the treadmill. What class was the instructor suppose to be doing?

I did Drill Max and GS Legs last night, then I went and did my karate class. This morning I did Low Max - so that will be it for the day unless I get in the mood later for a little powerstrike.

I will see all of you in 8 days!

Hi RTers. I'm back from vacation and starting to get nervous about the RT. I managed to fit in a bit of cardio while away so this afternoon will call for some kind of weight training. Maybe a pyramid workout. I'll have to see. I'll also have to get moving on the packing. It's good to be back "here."
 
Good Afternoon RTers!

Today was GS C&T pushups only then LIC upper body 2x and LIC abs. Lots of pushups!:p }( :p

What kind of workouts do you guys plan on doing next week leading up to the RT? I am planning a little more of a rest week.

Tess--Do you always w/o at night?

Tina--I would like to use my Super Target gc to buy one more top.

Michelle--Glad your back is feeling better. Mine is hurting off and on.

Jennifer-- I do plan to take 4 different w/o outfits.

Kim--Sorry your instructor didn't show. 60 min. run on the TM...good for you!

Cheryl--Can't believe you got everything in one carry on! Are all of your bottles of liquid under 4 oz.?:p I made that mistake last week.

ShellyC--Baron Baptiste is my favorite yoga instructor. I really prefer a live class though. 10 miles of hills...YIKES!! Do you have a running partner or are you training for the marathon alone?

Hello girls!

I'm finally able to sit at the computer. I taught class this morning ( Kim, I actually DO show up when I'm teaching, LOL), came home, had a client for PT, and tonight I teach again. I'm still sweaty from this morning. At some point I'm thinking I need that shower. I'm offending myself right about now.

I wrote a post yesterday, and right when I was about to post my hand hit something and it went off line! I had to go out right away after that so I didn't get to post the rest of the day. Oh well...

Tess: B&G... yup, my bootie screams at me after that one! Oh, and PB for two coming up...

Michelle: I am so happy your back feels better. I wrote you a whole thing about it yesterday in that post that got lost in space. Now, keep it strong for the RT!! Take it a little easy maybe?? ( I know,I know, I'm a good one to talk!!!)

Jennifer: Anything you buy from this point on you have to tell your BF that you have had it for ages, and how dare he not notice!! This still works after 18 years of marriage. Men are such suckers!

Cheryl: you had some workouts yesterday! Both those DVD's and Karate! At least I'm not the only lunatic around here! Hopefully they get the plane stuff fixed by Saturday. I'm praying for ya!

Robin: You're BAAAACK!!! YAY!! Hope you had a great vacation! You were missed ;(

Gin: I just sw your post. I am planning on my usual workouts I think. I might regret that (?)

Okay, I'm going to go sit out on the deck for a few with a cup of coffee, then I guess I'll cleanse. That's always a good thing!
 
Jennifer- I have 2 pair shorts(they are both the same:))and 3 workout bras. I figure I can stand to wear my stuff more than one time :) Enjoy your yoga tonight.

Kim- I know that must have been frustrating for you, but still sounds like you got a good workout in.:)

Robin- welcome back!! I had to laugh at your post in OD about your SIL's coffee. Funny how some people think the more expensive it is/made the better it will taste.;-) :p

Gin- I had planned to rest untill the RT, but changed my mind. I planned BM2,Imax3 and DM for next week}(

Hey Vickie! I was on vacation and didn't hear anything about your test. How did it go? Do you know the results yet?

How on earth did you get everything you need in one bag. Take a picture of that puppy and send it to me. I'd like to try....

Gin - Yes, it was hard getting evrything in a carry on. I have learned with all of my children (10) how to pack lightly if needed for a weekend. I don't bring any liquid at all. I just use the shampoo and the conditioner in the hotel. I also use the body lotion from there. I figure it is only for the weekend (2 days of washing my hair with generic shampoo won't kill it) I normally use salon shampoo and conditioner and bath and body shower creams and body lotions. I figured I will forego all of that hoopla.

I, also, just purchased a new Venus Breeze shaver that has the shaving lotion on the razor. You just need the water from the shower. One outfit that I wear Friday night, I will use as one of my workout outfits. That only leaves me three more workout outfits. Two pair of capris and two tops and two pairs of underwear. So, the clothes thing I cut back on, because I ALWAYS want to bring more than I will need jusst in case!

Hi ladies
Last night I did LIC cardio timesaver and abs and S&H back.
Tonight is legs KM Low Impact premix and leg drills plus B&G floor work.
I'm so tired after work dont know how much i'm going to get done:(
