I just posted this on another thread, but then it occurred to me that you might not all see it, so I'm going to repeat myself. 'Scuse me.
Just an FYI that a bunch of you will have gotten e-mails from me this evening with roomie assignments. We had a few triples and we have a boat load of doubles, and one quadruple room (you know who you are, and I won't name any names but one of you wears a lime green helmet...
) that your fearless coordinators have dubbed "The Party Room." ;-)
I'm going to be on vacation for a while starting on Monday, so please let Deb or Lorrayne know if any of you have questions or problems with your roomie assignments. It's our hope that you'll all enjoy the experience of temporarily feeling like a college freshman again on that first weekend with a brand new roommate. I remember that so well -- she became a great buddy!
Just to get you psyched, let me share one other funny thought: the Ramada Plaza is hosting us -- plus a couple of weddings. I am imagining what we're going to look like, coming in on Saturday night after a whole day of classes with Cathe and our pizza party -- can't you see us MINGLING in the lobby with the oh-so-elegant wedding reception crowd?? Everybody, remember to bring your Right Guard!!! YIKES!!! :+
