Good morning girls.
Just getting us started for today.
I'm having my coffee and PB ( I'm hooked on this Naturally More stuff now!) getting ready to go teach 3 classes today. It's my crazy day. My knee is already "tweaking" just thinking about it. It's been acting up lately, an old dance injury from many moons ago. Anyway, every Tuesday when I teach 3 classes in a day, I think that hopefully it's getting me prepared for next Saturday when Cathe does 3 classes! Although I don't know if anything can get anyone ready for 3 Cathe classes.
Yesterday I wound up doing my own circuit workout. I did PUB, but in between each muscle group I did 10 minutes on my elliptical/treadmill. It actually turned out to be a decent w/o.
Okay, off to get dressed for the sweatfest. Have a great day all... BBL.
