Good Morning RT's!

It is truly beautiful outside and it makes me look forward to the day ahead.

This morning I am planning to do KPC and then my DH and I will take a long walk. I can't wait to get some fresh air! I have three extra boys sleeping in my basement ( 3 of my own and 3 friends = 6 boys!! I may need some Lysol spray before the workout!) I want to get down there and start the workout but I don't have the heart to wake them, so here I sit!

My eating this week has been good. Yesterday I almost beat the battle of the PB, then last night, right before bed I caved and had myself a little scoop! Now, technically it was just after midnight so I'm thinking it might not count... Other than that, I have been trying to stay with clean eating, and have been successful. It's amazing how the body reacts when small little changes are made!!

I hope you all have as wonderful and healthy day!

Good Morning, RoadTripper's :)

It is beautiful outside, FINALLY!! I am loving it. This morning I took my dog out for a walk and then had breakfast on the patio. :)

Eating has been going well. Starting my 3rd week of BFL today.

I did KPC yesterday, it was supposed to be my rest day, but since I had some extra energy I pulled this DVD out, I forgot how much I loved it. Today was UBWO, but I think my body is calling for a rest day. :)

Hope everyone has a beautiful Day!!

Good morning roadtrippers! Yesterday I was down in Phoenix (I live about 2 hrs north of there) and I ran the "Run for the Cheetah" 5k race. (That's 3.1 miles for you nonrunners) which is a very short and hopefully fast race;-) Anyway, I was hoping for a PR (personal record)but came up just short and finished 10 seconds behind at 24:05
which is a pace of 7:45 min/mile. It was a frustrating and crowded course which definitely cost me some time. Ah well, onward to the next race!

Vicki- So that sneaky peanut butter manages to hunt you down even at midnight?;-) I hope by now the "army" in your basement has evacuated and you're working up a good sweat with KPC :7

Jennifer- I'm glad the weather has finally cooperated for you. Breakfast on the patio sounds nice!! Have you seen any results yet since you are into your 3rd week of BFL?

Today will be Barry's Bootcamp Chest and Abs and then a good old favorite.. MIC!

Take care everyone!

Today I did Jennifer Kries Waking Energy. I did several segements and it was a very nice relaxing "workout."

Shelly, I have been laughing because yesterday when I did CC the fastest I went for a level 4 was 7 MPH and that was pretty close to a PB (if not one,). I defnitely not a "fast twitch" girl. I am very impressed by your pace.

Have a gret day everyone.

Road Trip Check-in

This was a delightful Sunday. After my Breaking Free Bible study this morning, I went to church for my other Bible study. The video session I watched at home on the woman at the well and the DVD I watched at church reminded me of Anna. I need to pray for her.

I enjoyed my beloved IMAX3 this morning! I love, love, love this workout. The choreography is just as much fun as my beloved Rhythmic Step with no breakdown. I modified the super high impact blasts like tuck jumps and plie jacks and had fun with those on my rebounder. I do not need to modify this workout as much as I did last year. I am making progress! I started wearing a new pair of Reebok cross training shoes this morning. I am hoping that these last longer than the first pair I bought.

I took a long nap this afternoon, did laundry, started Clean Max in preparation for Mom’s upcoming visit, and went to the grocery store. My wild neighbors kept me awake until 2:00 a.m. again. I am hoping for a more peaceful night so I can sleep without any distractions.

I did the first segment of Core Max tonight. Gym Style Legs is in my DVD player for tomorrow morning. I called the club, and the pool should be ready for action tomorrow. I am hoping to jog in the pool after work.

Blessings,
Heather B.
