Road Trip Check-In June 23

Good Morning RTers!

Today I did S&H Legs and Shoulders. I am soooo excited about the announcement for the upcoming pre-sale.:D Can't wait!

Belinda--45 min. run is scheduled on Monday for me. I run 30 min. with my friends at 5:30 am, so I'll just tack on another 15 min. (or try!) It seems to be the coolset part of the day. Do you have access to any cardio machines you could do?

Robin--How was PLB? I'm sure that I will be the flabbiest one on RT, not you!!

Randi--How was BC? That is a tough one, I haven't done in a while.

Lara--Are you able to workout this weekend?

Good morning ladies,

Gin 45 min. run is also scheduled on Monday for me ! Since I am done with week 2, I will start week 3 today! I haven't had a rest day since June 14! Maybe I take one today! I'll see!

Oh by the way I think I will be the flabbiest one the RT, not you guys!!! I am so excited about the upcoming pre-sale:D :D

Hello!!

Okay, I think my internet is finally back on! We have had the worst week with the computer. We had several bad viruses on themain computer, the other one has been offline for a while now, tried to switch them out, that was a nightmare, then tried to repare the bad one ourselves with tech support, no go!! Finally this morning DH brought the bad one to Best Buy to let the ol' "Geek Squad" give it a shot, well, they said it was a disaster and for a mere 200.00 they will fix it!! So, we were able to get the program to get the second computer hooked up and here I am! So far, so good.

I have missed you all and will go back and read some stuff. I have only been here once this week in between the computer mess so I feel lost.

I will check in again tomorrow after I get the updates on everyone.

Hope you all are well... and hey, what's this about a presale??? OMG, I have to go back and read!!

Hi, y'all!

I'm back from our little trip, but I haven't had a chance to catch up on reading the threads. We've got all kinds of visitors, and I'm in crunch time for furlough. I leave my house 2 weeks from Wednesday! Yikes!!!!!!!:eek:

2 weeks from Tuesday is D-day for ME. Hoping I'm going to make it. I should, since I was almost there last time I did the workout. However, this past week of travel I did not work out at all except one day of recreational swimming with the kids.

I am so glad that the advice in OD was for me to NOT try to lose any weight this month. I would be going insane!! I might go insane anyway.

I'll try to catch up on reading. Just wanted to say "hi."
 
Hi ladies
I'm pretty sore from my workouts this week Boot camp last night and today cardio. maybe Power Max =) My dog got a Shed X done today it's suppose to elimanate 75% of shedding. People at work are real happy with it so I decided to try it.

Hahahaha! I can't wait for the road trip to compare flab!!! Today I did Amy Bento (again) but this time with an 8 inch step. It felt pretty good. I've kind lost my place with Cathe's rotation, something that happens to me every month, so I'll probably just wing it for the rest of the month.
