I've ordered shoes and gear from them in the past, but this is the first time I've needed to exchange shoes. It took me 4 runs to decide that the pair I had was a bit big. I don't know of anyone else that lets you return or exchange shoes that have been worn. It's great! I will have to pay to mail the shoes back to them, but I think it's completely worth it. What's a few dollars shipping compared to being stuck with an expensive pair of running shoes that doesn't work for you? Oh, and they also let me order the new pair at the sale price that I paid for the original pair. That way I don't have to wait 3 weeks while they receive, exchange, and ship.
Anyway, I'm very pleased. And since most of their business comes by word-of-mouth, I'm passing my story along.
