I read a post of yours that said slow pilates are the best, which ones would you suggest for the abs, I alread have Stotts the secret to flat abs and Hilary burnett.

I was quoting an interesting article I read in Pilates Style magazine although, I do also agree that they are incredible for the core. I do mostly Reformer Pilates, however I do really like Stott's Intermediate Matt Series and Karen Voight's Total Body Pilates specifically her workout for the abs/back. You won't be entertained, but you will get a good ab workout .
