Fitness Wholesale sells them, but they are currently on backorder (indefinitely, it seems!) I would call some gyms to see if they would sell some of their older ones. If you only need them for height, and they won't be used on the floor, then it doesn't matter if they aren't in the best shape. Good luck! I've been waiting for mine forever...

Another suggestion that has been made is to check out your local gym and see if they would be willing to sell you some.
