<--- has a fairly complex Christmas Eve menu and everything has to be made from scratch, of course - no store bought allowed
<--- tells everyone that she is having:

* Mushroom strudel in phyllo pastry
* Assorted dips (hot artichoke and red pepper white bean) with homemade rosemary foccaccia and assorted breadsticks and crudites
* Cold cooked shrimp
* Assorted crackers and cheeses (will not be making the crackers!)
* Vegetarian curry
* Lasagna (SIL is bringing this)
* Tortilla pinwheels (MIL is bringing these)
* Chocolate Banana Bread pudding with warm custard sauce
* Assorted cookies and squares

<---doesn't have tree up either, but never puts it up until DH is done teaching school for the semester
<---commencment is Dec 17, so we are getting the tree that afternoon and trying to put it up the next day, fitted in between church, a party at MIL's nursing home, caroling with church friends and open house at pastor's house - Yikes!

<---also has a student watching work in small room, so should probably not be teaching her bad habits on computer
