Ripped with Hit & Xtrain (plus crossfire and to the max)

Hello!

I need some advice on how to approach the following. On Saturday I will be finishing up the 30 day Ripped with Hit & Xtrain plus crossfire and to the max rotation, wish I love. I would like to start another of the rotations on the user guide for Ripped with Hiit, but the problem is that all of the other rotations incorporate Sunday workouts, because of my schedule on Sundays I cannot incorporate Sunday workouts. I would still love to be able to follow the rotations but don't know how to do it without having to workout on Sundays. Any suggestions?? Thank you!
 
If Sunday's workout type does not meet your goal, you can easily drop it.

For example if it's a cardiovascular type exercise and you can drop a day cardio, do so.
