I plan to start this one on Monday. I've been looking at it and will likely add a cardio leg day each week. I feel like I'm seeing more definition in my legs with the 2 leg workouts from RWH and want to include them in. I'll probably end up with a 4.5 to 5 week rotation.
I'll finish the RWH & XTRAIN rotation tomorrow, loved it!

I wish I would have thought of that. Maybe I'll try that in a few months.Update...I decided I need more high impact as well, so I'm blending RWH/LIS and the Jan 2015 rotations, alternating weeks for an 8 week rotation. I'm seeing definition in my legs that I didn't think I'd ever get, which I'm attributing to RWH. I'm thinking this rotation will have me in great shape for spring and my 48th birthday!!
