Ripped With Hiit: Low Impact 2

I did this one today because it was on Step Boss/Ripped With Hiit. If you don’t have that much room and want something for 30 minutes, I recommend this. This has one ten pound and one eight pound in this workout, but you are not lifting the weight straight over your head.

As for room if you can do a grapevine and side to side that is enough room. It has one burpee, running burpee. And you will have to do mountain climbers, but it isn’t that long. And one mountain climber side to side. But, you can substitute it if you want.

When you don’t have a lot of room, this one is fast and sweet!

I agree. My heart start racing more with the burpees, mountain climbers, etc. Amd what I really like about it is if you have a really small space you can do it.
