I did this for the second time on Saturday and still feel some
soreness today, Monday. I like Jari and the pace of this workout.
I did feel more bicep, tricep and calf work was needed but that is
just my opinion so I added a few more exercises to the end. She
does encourage you to not give up and to push yourself.
Just wondering how does Slim and Lean compare to this one?
Are there compound movements in Slim and Lean?
