rings and weight loss

So when I gained 17 pounds, I stopped wearing my wedding rings 'cos they didn't fit.

My grand total of pre-operative weight loss is 29 pounds. My rings still don't fit! I struggle to push them on and pry them off. Can knuckles/fingers really swell that much?

I drink mucho agua these days too!

What could possibly be happening?

Thank you! He is a Friesian/Morgan cross and is six years old with a very high opinion of himself. He is quite talented despite his temper tantrums to the contrary - haha!

I luvs him to bitz too. And I would never eat him..heehee ;)

You said that the French do eat Horses? I guess you know I have never been to France? I did not know that. :-(

After my weight loss, I lost my wedding rings. I think they just slipped off one day. Looked for the last 2 years and still haven't found them. I miss them so much.;(

I had to replace a hearing aid because my ears also lost fat. Isn't that something?:7 LOL. I did get a whole new wardrobe and loving it.:D

Yes, the French eat horses. Probably not all French people, but some do. On the menu it is cheval, I believe. I have never been to France myself, but my fellow horsewomen who have been there told me it is true.

Who'd ever think ears could be overweight? How would you know?

I am thinking my knuckles are larger because of the abuse they get working around the horses - reins, lead lines, tack, the bumping they get, etc.

Megadoo, your horses are tres cute. Is the one with the blaze the thoroughbred? What do you do with him (besides not eat him - teehee)?

I am just now fitting back in my wedding rings after my weight loss. I hope that they don't get too big as I plan to lose some more and my rings have channel-set diamonds so they can't be resized.
 
My wedding ring has teeny chips of diamonds, which I would dig out if I could and flush down the toilet, but has a lovely light blue star sapphire instead of a regular diamond. Star sapphire is my favorite gem in the whole world.
